Meet Owner and Head Coach, Allan Fleming
I’m Allan Fleming, owner of TBB, and I help busy men and women get leaner, stronger, and fitter – and actually keep it that way.
My Story
I didn’t grow up in the fitness world – I was a typical 90s kid more into nights out and the party lifestyle than health or training, working jobs that didn’t fulfil me. Over time, that changed as I went through my own transformation, facing setbacks and trial and error, but eventually building a passion for strength and conditioning and a lifestyle that made me feel stronger, more confident, and in control. That journey matters because I understand the challenges of busy lives, habits that don’t serve you, and balancing everything – I still face them, but now I know how to manage them and help others do the same. I entered the fitness industry in 2009 and launched Total Body Bootcamp in 2010, initially using traditional personal training methods, but while people got results, most struggled to maintain them due to lack of structure, consistency, and accountability- that’s when everything changed.

I have been on so many diets over the years where my weight would fluctuate up and down constantly however I’ve never been successful in getting under 10 and a half stone since before having my kids.
I have been a member of TBB for over 7 years in total however after having some time out, I joined back in August 2019 at my heaviest weight of 13stone. I have now finally reached my target weight of 9 and a half stone and still keeping the weight off by continuing to follow the nutrition plan and exercise daily!
I couldn’t recommend Allan’s programme highly enough. I love it so much that I’m not a qualified trainer and spend much of my spare time either taking sessions or attending them!
Meet Lorraine
My wife was a member of TBB for a few months before me, and seeing her results inspired me to join.
I was super fit in my younger days when I played professional football, and joining TBB recently has taken me back to those days of health & fitness. I tore my cartilage a few years ago and had surgery to remove some of it, and just 5 weeks in, the workouts are helping with strengthening my knee.
I am feeling absolutely on top form, over the moon with my results and progress. The Herbalife nutrition plan has been a game changer. leaving me feeling more awake and energetic during the day and at work, and my muscles don’t feel stiff and sore in the mornings.
Overall cant thank Total Body Bootcamp enough for the sessions and nutrition guides. I will be a member for as long you keep the boot camp running!
