I have been on so many diets over the years where my weight would fluctuate up and down constantly however I’ve never been successful in getting under 10 and a half stone since before having my kids.

I have been a member of TBB for over 7 years in total however after having some time out, I joined back in August 2019 at my heaviest weight of 13stone. My wife has been a member of TBB for a few months and seeing her results inspired me to join.
I was super fit in my younger days when I played professional football, and joining TBB recently has taken me back to those days of health & fitness. I tore my cartilage a few years ago and had surgery to remove some of it, and just 5 weeks in, the workouts are helping with strengthening my knee.

I’ve been a member of Total Body Bootcamp for about 10 years. Whether you’ve got weight to lose, want a shape change or struggle to maintain weight already lost; the programme, its structure and the support group that comes with it has been essential to keep me on track. As a busy professional and mum, I don’t always get it right, but TBB brings me back on track every time. I’ve been a member of TBB for over 3 years. I fell out of the habit of regular exercise around COVID and my mental health was suffering. A friend recommended that I give it a try as I was struggling to find someone to come to the gym with me. I needed the accountability and that’s what TBB gave me. Everyone that comes along is really friendly and encouraging – and they don’t allow you to slack off (in the nicest possible way!). In the early days I struggled to make more than 2 sessions a week but I saw really quick improvements in my fitness and found my mindset changed to help me see what everyone else sees.
